Quality management of the chopped products on the basis of system NASSR

With Russia''s accession to the World Trade Organization more and more actual there is an introduction at the enterprises of food productions of effective systems of quality management and safety. One of such systems is HACCP which is urged to protect consumers from dangerous and low-quality food products.
