The analysis of factors influencing the resilience of the personnel of modern enterprises in the conditions of changes in the technological structure and the effect of age stereotypes is presented. Based on the model of socio-psychological aging of personnel developed and tested in the author's research, it is shown that the socio-psychological age of personnel depends on the specifics of organizational and cultural conditions and management features when introducing innovations. The analysis of the results of personal involvement in labor activity of the personnel of innovative and ordinary enterprises as a personal level of determination of the socio-psychological aging of personnel in the organizational context is presented. The phenomenon of organizational and cultural unity in terms of personal involvement is revealed, which manifests itself in the predominance of family and professional roles in ordinary and innovative organizations, respectively. The main management principles aimed at a positive impact on the personal involvement of personnel as a component of the process of social and psychological aging of personnel are revealed. The algorithm of management actions to ensure the movement of the company in innovative development and value readiness of personnel to accept innovations restraining the process of social and psychological aging has been determined.
