Management of material flows within production as the basis of logistics operations of the production process (on the example of an industrial enterprise LLC "SKADO Production")

The article discusses the problems that an industrial enterprise faces in its activitiesand proposes solutions to some of them. In particular, attention is paid to the improvement of thelogistics operation, as an intra-factory movement, the change of which leads to a reduction in theproduction cycle time, acceleration of production as a whole, and an increase in the profit of theenterprise. The production cycle of a typical product in the workshop is calculated, the percentagereduction in the material flow. It is proposed to introduce the information system “1C: Enterprise8. ERP Enterprise Management 2”, which will automate all business processes, track the mainindicators of the enterprise, and most importantly, allow you to create a common managementinformation system that will unite the work of all departments. These recommendations can beused in the practical activities of industrial enterprises.
