The article theoretically and empirically substantiates the importance of value-motivational meanings of employees' activities in the social risk management system. The results of the study (N700) are presented, demonstrating the limitation of the possibility for employees to implement a number of life support and viability growth meanings. This indicates that employees' activities may be perceived by them as meaningless, which creates prerequisites for the emergence of social risks. The following areas of social and organizational-managerial responsibility in social risk management based on the formation of personal meanings are proposed.
