The article substantiates and describes the solution of the problem of administrative support for ensuring the openness of the educational system of a pre-school educational organization for different target groups using information and telecommunication technologies. A study of the state of the problem in theory and practice has shown that only general requirements and principles for developing the content of information resources of educational organizations are developed in normative documents and pedagogical literature, and there is a need for a focused activity of the head of the educational organization in this aspect.
