Management of educational systems in Poland: which way of teaching preferred by students

The study was to assess the preferences of Polish students in the learning process. We evaluated the attitude of students to the three ways of applying knowledge by the lecturer. The purpose of the study stemmed from a rhetorical question of the didactics: "How to teach?". The relevance of the study stems from the fact that the reform of higher education is in Poland. The scientific community discusses the legal, managerial and methodological solutions, which will be laid in the Foundation of upgraded high schools in Poland. Main research methods were questionnaire survey, statistical processing of the questionnaires, verification of statistical hypotheses. The two groups of respondents participated in the study. The results of the survey showed and statistical analysis proved that the Polish students prefer lectures with electronic presentations as a way of presenting knowledge. These results are very highly statistically significant. The result of the study should be used when reforming the system of higher schools in Poland, including in the planning of the state policy in the Poland higher education system. The obtained results can be used to management of educational systems, to form training and qualification scientific and pedagogical staff.
