The article is devoted to the management of organizational culture as the main factor of successful organization's functioning. The authors describe the features of this problem and represent the model demonstrating the sequence of fundamental actions on developing, supporting and developing of organizational culture. The necessity of the research in the field of organizational culture and its values it's emphasized. The authors suggest their classification of organizational culture reflecting possible characteristics of culture taking into consideration the national peculiarities of organizational staff (personnel).
