Management of branch holding on the basis of optimization of information flows

In the present work the necessity of enhancement of management by a branch holding, information-analytical systems, information flows and the subsystems which are subject to management and optimization is analyzed. Integration of such subsystems, as management of finance, management of material streams, production management, management of projects, management of service, quality management, human resource management in uniform information and analytical system is offered.
