The article deals with the management of labor productivity increase at an industrial enterprise. The concept of labor productivity, its indicators, influence on the labor productivity of the personnel, ways of its effective growth through motivation of labor resources is studied, since the production potential of the enterprise mainly depends on the activity, involvement and competence of the personnel. Any enterprise strives to increase its production potential. Therefore, the task before him is not only to prevent a decline, but also to ensure the growth of potential. To successfully achieve the goals of the company, the manager needs to encourage employees to work more efficiently and effectively. Employees should have a sufficiently developed internal motivation, and they should understand that having achieved good results, and thus increasing the production potential of the enterprise, they will be able to build a successful career.
