Бесплатный доступ

Aspects of management of educational programs are considered in the context of creating maximum consistency in the training of specialists within one enlarged group of areas of training and specialties (EGTS) at different levels of education - secondary vocational and higher. The results of the study are presented in the form of an algorithm for developing a system for training specialists in successive interlevel educational programs. A description of the succession program management system is provided, which includes four interconnected blocks: management of the development of a successive educational program; educational process management; resource management and contingent management. The authors substantiate the need to create a single management unit for the successive educational program, including representatives of educational organizations at different levels. The basis for the formation of a successive educational program is the use of a unified structural and organizational approach, which consists in building a holistic model of a graduate.
