Management of transformations in institutions of higher education under the Bologna process principles

The article reveals transformations in higher schools carried out into practice in accordance with the Bologna declaration principles; the identification of ways of the Russian institutes of higher education (particularly of the Chelyabinsk region institutes of higher education) joining into the Bologna process.
