The technological processofthermal oxidative degradationon the basis of initiatorfractionalloadingis considered. The advantageofcontrolleddegradation atthe initiator fractionalloadingin order to provide continuous dosing of the initiator with high accuracy is difficult in industrial environments. Slight deviationscaused bydispensers error, can significantlychangethe kinetics ofdegradation, due to high sensitivity of the initiator concentration. From the pointof viewof thetechnologyrealization the processof fractionaldosinginitiatoris more convenient. It is shown that carrying out the controlled degradation under identical initial conditions reaction, we manage to reduce significantly the time of the process to the desired degree of degradation. Thereactiontimeisreducedtomorethan 1.5 times. Carrying outa controlleddegradationallows implement the projecteddegradation by linear law depending on time. Kinetics linearity is provided at acontinuousloading of initiatorandas well as afraction loading. In this casethe fractionalloadingshould be doneat regular intervals of time. The reaction time is control parameterin both control regimeswhich islinearlyconnected with tothe given degree ofdegradation. In this case, the opportunityto control software arises, herewith we need know only the initial qualityof the polymer, i.e.itsinitialnumber average molecular weight. The calculated dependences, which allow estimate a single loadinginitiator value, depending on the period of the fractional dosages of initiator are obtained. An approximate calculation lineardependenceof the degradationprocess kinetics in the case of initiatorcontinuous loadingand underfractionalloading are shown.
