Management of integration process in general and complimentary education

The article deals with the problems of management of integration process in general and complimentary education. The mentioned problems are revealed on the three levels of management: purposeful, socio-psychological and technological, that helps to build up logical advancement from integration aim to its result. The novelty of author's approach is in his consideration of general and complimentary education as one of the mechanisms of general education's modernization at the expense of using the potential of children complimentary education.
