Management of the process of continuous pedagogical education based on lean technologies

The article actualizes the problem of management of the process of continuous pedagogical education, which can be carried out on the basis of lean technologies. Professional development of teachers is an important aspect influencing the quality of education and the effectiveness of the educational process as a whole. It includes not only the acquisition of new knowledge and skills, but also the formation of professional identity, the development of personal qualities and the ability to self-reflection. The application of lean manufacturing principles for the professional development of teachers at the Magnitogorsk Pedagogical College is considered. The introduction of lean technologies in education creates a more flexible, efficient and quality-oriented environment, which has a positive effect on the professional development of teachers. The authors describe the value creation flow in the context of the development of professional qualities of teachers - from identifying professional deficiencies through an online questionnaire to assessing the results through a feedback system. Particular attention is paid to the project approach, in particular, the Methodological Portfolio project. The project approach in management is considered as one of the lean technologies. The college implements an additional professional advanced training program “Modern Lesson in the Aspect of Applying Lean Technologies” for administrative and pedagogical workers, aimed at updating the qualifications of specialists in the field of education by providing them with modern educational technologies (including digital resources) and adapting them to changing regulatory and legal conditions. As a result of the training, students acquired and improved knowledge and skills in the field of applying lean manufacturing principles in education, as well as in organizing and conducting a modern lesson using educational technologies aimed at optimizing and intensifying the educational process. The article emphasizes the importance of an individual development trajectory, a humanistic approach to management and continuous improvement of processes to increase value and reduce losses.
