Management of the process of training mid-level specialists based on lean technologies: results of the implementation of the innovative project

The article is devoted to the urgent problem of creating conditions for training qualified mid-level specialists in the region based on the introduction of lean technologies into the educational process. The relevance of the topic is due to the goals of national development and regional initiatives. The article presents the main results of the implementation of the innovative project in GBPOU “Magnitogorsk Pedagogical College”. The practice of integrating lean technologies in secondary vocational education is analyzed. The objective of the presented innovative project is to create organizational and pedagogical conditions for improving the management of the process of training mid-level specialists through the introduction of lean technologies. The methodological basis is a systemic, personality-oriented and ideological-conceptual approach. The authors substantiate the use of the concept of lean production in the educational process, provide an overview of the works of scientists who have studied lean technologies in various contexts, including education. A project management system is described, with the key element of the study being the definition and diagnosis of a lean personality based on the model of N. S. Davydova. A lean personality is considered as a specialist who understands his mission in a team, has competencies and constantly works on self-development. The article presents the results of graduates' self-assessment and students' psychological and pedagogical assessment, which demonstrate the dynamics of the formation of the qualities of a lean personality at various stages of the project implementation, due to the system of educational, upbringing, career guidance work, the use of modern educational and lean technologies, participation in professional competitions and youth organizations. One of the research methods was the modeling of the process of managing the training of specialists, which made it possible to obtain significant effects in education, in particular, improving internal processes, eliminating losses, increasing productivity, optimizing resources, developing a lean culture and training competitive specialists. The article presents the results of a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the educational process in the college in the aspect of lean education, including identifying various types of losses and determining tools for their elimination.
