Project team work management as a social macro technology package in the digital space of the organization: results of practical research

The article considers the issues related to the management of project team work as a social macro technology package in the digital space of the organization as in the case of the problem of analysis, forecast of development and emergency response related to the simulation of fire extinguishing in the Krasnodar Territory in the Training Facility of the Crisis Management Center (CMS) of the Academy of the State Fire-Fighting Service of the EMERCOM of Russia. The author presents the structure of the social macro technology package (SMTP) “Project Team Work Management”, which includes two social technology packages, namely, “Team Work Management” and “Project Work Management”. There is analyzed the process of SMTP management by the team, which includes the duty staff of the crisis management center, experts and members of the control headquarters for emergency response. The integrated system of SMTP management models at all stages of the analysis/forecast and emergency recovery is considered.
