Risk management in order to improve the quality of the project

The article presents an analysis of the impact of risk management on improving business quality. Business quality improvement is the improvement of the quality of communication, strategic planning and organizational functions of any project in the company. The chronology of risk development and risk management in the world is considered in detail. The importance of integrating risk management with the existing quality management system is emphasized. The HA- ZOP risk assessment methodology is analyzed. Conclusions are drawn about the impact of risk management on improving the quality of the project and achieving the planned goals.
