Management of social conflicts as a basis for interaction between authorities and Russian society

The article is devoted to the study of the interaction of authorities with society for the management of social conflicts. This aspect covers public administration and local self-government, the system of parameters characterizing the participants in the conflict, the totality of manifestations of the conflict process itself, the regulatory and organizational space. The relevance of the mechanisms of state conflict management is highlighted as the implementation of actions that help to achieve the set goal, orient society to leveling the contradictions that are growing in it. The importance of managing social conflict is emphasized, where the role of authorities, including local self-government, is to create additional levers for the development of the country's regions.
