Management of strategy of ОАО «Vamin-Tatarstan» on the basis of system of the balanced indicator

In most cases the management efficiency estimation is limited to the analysis of a financial and economic condition of the organisation. Unfortunately, the methodology of management focused only on financial indicators of the organisation, is unpromising. Therefore the problem of perfection of the general system of management on the basis of use of system of the balanced indicators is even more often considered.
