Management of asset profile structure on the basis of functional model of the capital structure optimization

This article deals with a problem of formation of a financial policy of management of asset profile of an industrial enterprise on the basis of the stated strategy. The authors analyze conditions of formation of optimum asset profiles of an industrial enterprise on the basis of functional model of a capital structure optimization of a business entity in conditions of the crisis situation existing on the building industry market. The choice of the financial policy aimed at dissociation of capital and division of property is proved. Peculiarities of asset profile management of an industrial enterprise in crisis conditions are marked.
