Land resources management to maximize social and economic effect

The article considers the effective land resources management to maximize social and economic effect. To assess social and economic effect of territorial entity functioning complex criterion, defined as the sum of monetary estimates of gross territorial product, final consumption and net public goods of the territory is formed. The methodology for calculation of social and economic effect oft functioning of the territorial entity involves the construction of economic and mathematical simulation model of the functioning of territorial entity on the basis of conversion functioning model of territorial education.
