Building development management on the basis of housing affordability criteria

The article covers housing affordability problems. Correlation and regression analysis was used to estimate housing affordability in Chelyabinsk Oblast. Economic and mathematical relation between parameters, which can be applied to estimate housing affordability as a part of project development, was developed.
