The article analyzes the evolution of the organizational structure and practices of the Ural conservative and monarchist committees before and during the First World War. For coverage of the topic attracted wide range of sources, including federal and regional archives, local periodicals. It included committees four major parties: Union of Russian People (NRC), the Nationalist Society (VDSRN), Russian People’s Monarchist Party (RNMP) and Russian People’s Union (RNS) to them. M.
