The concentration of antigen urothelial cells (UBC), tissue polypeptide antigen (TPA), tissue polypeptide-specific antigen (TPS) has been studied among 70 people. The first control group is represented by ten healthy patients. In the 2nd and 3rd main groups the transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder has been diagnosed: T1N0M0 in 54,3% (the 2nd group) and T2N0M0 in 28,6%, T3N0M0 in 17,1% (The 3rd group) of patients. High-grade cancers were detected among 52% of patients, G2 - 31%, G3 - 12%. Serum TPA is significantly different among patients with superficial and muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Serum TPS suggests the possibility of diagnosis of locally advanced urinary bladder cancer. UBC urinary marker is informative in identifying a malignant tumor among patients with primary bladder cancer. Comprehensive assessment of the concentration of cytokeratins UBC, TPA, TPS is an additional diagnostic criterion to clarify the presence of tumor, its invasion into the muscular layer and perivesical tissues bladder cancer.
