Введение. Трансплантация почки является стандартом медицинской помощи при лечении больных с терминальной стадией хронической болезни почек, повышая выживаемость пациента в течение следующих пяти лет на 87-93%. Одними из основных проблем остаются урологические осложнения после трансплантации: в среднем они составляют 4-14%.
