The article deals with the study of the level of corporate commitment of grassroots workers of the production team as the unity of three components: identity, involvement and loyalty. The author studies how satisfaction of employees with working conditions and the job itself in the Russian division of transnational corporations influence the corporate commitment. It is concluded that the human resources management is inefficient, and it is advisable to change the personnel policy in the production teams.
