This article is devoted to a problem of multi-level monitoring in the conditions of foreign language teaching in nonlinguistic higher education institution. The article presents description of the multi-level monitoring’s model including stages of preliminary, formative, midpoint and summative assessment. The author has made search attempts essentially others, non-traditional forms and methods of monitoring activity at all stages of formation of foreign-language communicative competence of students in higher education institution
