We conducted our researches in fields of “Berezanskoe” farming in Korenovsk district, Krasnodar region, in 2016 and 2018. The purpose of the research is to study responsibility of a soybean early maturing cultivar Lira on different methods of mineral fertilizer application. We determined yield increases after seed inoculation with tubercle bacterium preparation combined with: foliar fertilizing of plants in the beginning of flowering - 0.17 t per ha, nitrogen-phosphorus (N6P26 and N12P52) fertilizer applied during sowing, full mineral (N6P26К18 and N12P52К18) fertilizer and foliar fertilization - 0.26-0.32 t per ha. Fertilizers did not influenced significantly on protein and oil content in seeds, the values varied in limits 40.3-40.7% and 22.5-22.9%, respectively. We revealed a negative correlation between protein content in seeds and seed yield: y = -0.86x + 42.2 (r = -0.625); protein and oil contents: y = -1.28x + 69.5 (r = -0.953). Fertilizers applied during planting caused increases in protein yield by 64-115 kg per ha, oil yield - by 36-70 kg per ha compering to control (only seeds inoculation), and by 34-51 and 19-34 kg per ha, respectively, compared to foliar fertilizing and seeds inoculation...
