Occurring socio-economic, moral component. Take, for example, the lytic and spiritual changes in the Uzbek profession of military teacher. Nowadays, those who have high spiritual and moral standards and keep up with the requirements for a modern officer’s gogic qualities are harming the higher military corps, the high school and the quality of training of cadets take priority. Professionalism and competence of graduates of the study.

This is not only about a deep knowledge of the military should not be formal executors. affairs, practical skills, military skills. For each training session they need in and professional excellence. As you know, maybe a particular cadet or student. It is natural to be an excellent specialist, but each officer should possess a moral, moral and pedagogical culture to perform official duties without a soul, regardless of formal and official. In other words, an officer of his professional affiliation. The most important thing is to have a high military and professional ethical categories: Duty, Honor, Conscience, a culture that includes Honesty, Responsibility - they acquire for past official and official, also spiritual, professional status.

One of the main requirements is the legal legality of the officer’s professional activities, which involves the exercise of official duties on a strict legal basis. This requirement implies, on the one hand, the strict and unconditional implementation of the procedure and rules for the passage of officer service, responsibility for the task entrusted, and on the other, the creation of conditions for the realization of the rights, benefits and advantages provided by laws. Important requirements are humanism, respect for the personality of a subordinate soldier. The main element of any socio-pedagogical system is a person, with his ideas, goals and interests]. Humanism and respect for the personality of a soldier mean, first of all, the guaranteed development of initiative, talent, professional skills, creative abilities; obtaining fundamental education, maximally satisfying information needs, creating opportunities and necessary conditions for military professional growth and promotion in accordance with personal merits.

The basis for the requirement of equal opportunities for professional and career growth, compliance with the uniform status of a soldier by all officials is the legislative consolidation of the provision that each officer has the right to advance in military service on general terms of equality and legal opportunities. In modern conditions, the main requirement for officers is the formation of not simple performers programmed to solve stereotypical tasks, but creative personalities capable of setting and solving military professional tasks in constructive and non-standard ways. The way to this in the conditions of a military university is to master the methods and training procedures where the creative elements of professional activity are practiced, to individualize training, introduce classes according to individual plans, as well as to address the development of creative inclinations of students and cadets.

One of them is the formation of communicative readiness: knowledge of psychology and communication ethics, mastery of business written and oral speech in one's or one or several foreign languages, the ability to develop official documents and work with it, use computer equipment, communication and information tools. All this is an important prerequisite for the development of managerial abilities of students and cadets. As you know, the high professionalism of a military leader is not conceivable without a high level of professional competence, thorough methodological knowledge in the field of combat and moral-psychological training of units and units, as well as educational work with personnel. They testify that one of the most important requirements for improving the professionalism of students and cadets is to translate individual program sections to modular modeling of professional activity, use complex tasks that ensure the active interaction of the studied disciplines, therefore, the creation and testing of the target training module in professional and special disciplines is necessary.

The formation of professional qualities among students and cadets should become the main object of the educational process of a military university. It seems that in this matter less slogans and declarations are needed, and more concrete cases are needed. To increase the effectiveness of the educational process, it is necessary to combine the efforts of the leadership of military educational institutions, pedagogical teams, unit commanders, students and cadets, educational institutions and specialists of professional psychological selection.

The main signs of continuing professional training will be: its integrity; duration (during the entire period of service in the Russian army); universality as the basis for the training of a military specialist with a wide profile; emphasis on self-education, self-education, self-esteem; individualization, taking into account the presence and development of professionally important abilities and personality traits among officers; stimulation of motivation for the growth of professional skill, etc. In accordance with this approach, the training of officers in military universities plays a significant role in determining their future careers, in shaping the fundamentals of the professionalism of future officers, in training them with such important qualities that will allow them to assert themselves in future military professional activities. The main requirements for military training of graduates of military universities in the moral and psychological aspect are: - high spirituality, a developed sense of patriotism, officer honor and military duty, moral and psychological readiness to defend the Fatherland, pride and responsibility for belonging to the Armed Forces (moral component ); - developed abstract-logical thinking, the ability to make informed decisions in non-standard conditions of a combat situation and organize their implementation, to act independently within the limits of the rights granted to them (creative component); - deep and versatile knowledge about the foundations of the national and military security of the state, about the processes and phenomena occurring in military affairs, about the structure and combat use of units and units of the Armed Forces in accordance with the military specialty, about the construction, functioning and combat use of weapons and military techniques (cognitive component); - the ability to see the main thing in the military professional activity, clearly define goals and be persistent in achieving them, select executors and rationally distribute responsibilities between them, complete the work begun, and monitor the execution of orders and orders by subordinates (immanent component); - confident possession of weapons and military equipment, the ability to competently operate and maintain them (operational component); - the ability to educate and educate subordinates (communicative component); - knowledge of computer technology for the collection, storage, processing and use of information used in the field of military professional activity; - possession of strength and dexterity, the ability to overcome significant physical exertion, knowledge of the culture of physical self-improvement (physiological component).

The fulfillment of these requirements in full is possible only if the system of training of future officers is introduced into the activities of military universities. Moreover, its quality depends on the ideological and moral position of the cadets, their dialectical thinking, the desire to improve the abilities and professionally important qualities of the person, as well as motivational justification in the volitional sphere. The officer’s professionalism largely depends on the quality and effectiveness of the training process at a military university. As noted earlier, the complex and crucial tasks facing the higher military school at the present stage of reforming the military education system.
