The conditions of activating leadership potential of future actors in their learning process

The article deals with the issues of social activity of future actors and the conditions of their leadership formation. The comparative analysis of theoretical sources, analysis and generalization of the activities of teachers and students in the specialty “Acting”, as well as pedagogical observation are used as a methodological approach. It is proposed to identify several interrelated components and determine the necessary conditions for the formation of the required competencies.
