This article highlights the problems of state authority efficiency evaluation in the sphere of education. The authors prove the necessity of inclusion indicators complex characterizing material, personnel and financial provision of education for analytics of tendency in distribution of the territorial subjects of the Russian Federation in terms of productive indicators. The necessity of development of educational grants for federal support of regional policy in the sphere of education is proved.
