The author deals with the general positions of a professional competence problem: contemporary views on this problem in pedagogical researches, definition of «professional competence» of innovative educational institute educators'. The conditions of educators' professional competence development are given. The article also gives the descriptions of the conditions of management assistance for educators in terms of innovations.
