Conditions of realization of creative potential of culture of an is creative-information epoch

The summary: Article opens essence, the nature and creative potential of culture of an is creative-information civilisation. On an example of outstanding creations of the literature and art it is shown that, unlike exhausted sources of raw materials or industrial technologies, values of culture are turned into eternity. Special value is given to leading factors of realisation of constructive influence of culture on society development. The author considers as one of these factors pedagogical cultural science. The pedagogical cultural science is an area of a science and social practice which is under construction on the account of specificity of comprehension of culture, integrates in itself bases of philosophical anthropology, cultural science and pedagogics, and, leaning against their interaction, opens methodology and a technique of welfare education and involving of the individual in the cultural activity promoting transformation of knowledge of culture in moral-aesthetic belief, in norms and principles of spiritual life, in skills of creative activity.
