Conditions of success of Russia agro-food policy

The results of the analysis of separate regulations of the State program of Russia agriculture development for the period till 2020 are presented in the article. The need of values correction of its target indicators, improvement of forms, tools and conditions of support of producers is proved. Suitability of additional indicators inclusion into the State program, as well as the actions for the separate directions of an agrarian policy is proved.
