With a continuous test preparation process, continuous dispensers operating according to volumetric action are used. The accuracy of the dosage of flour depends on compliance with the established recipe, and, consequently, the quality of the products. Therefore, the main requirements for flour dispensers is the accuracy of the dosage. However, such dispensers do not provide high metering accuracy, in addition, the grooves of the rotor are not well cleaned from the remaining flour. Therefore, the design of a dispenser is proposed, which ensures high accuracy in dispensing bulk materials, and also eliminates clogging of the product's outlet openings, which in turn affects the performance of the entire line.
