Improvement of the oil producer

The article discusses the improvement of the batch buttermaker. The disadvantages of this device include large inertial loads on the support units, high energy consumption and a long duration of the oil churning process. For this reason, the productivity of the line drops, which significantly affects the productivity of the workshop. The proposed modernization solves the problem of increasing the reliability of the installation (low inertial loads on the support nodes) and productivity, reducing energy costs and churning time. A distinctive feature of the development is that it has a simple design, safe for maintenance (the rotation of the churning mechanism takes place inside a stationary container), has reliability, manufacturability and low energy consumption.
