Improvement of the flour sectioner

The article discusses a centrifugal flour sifter. Its disadvantage is that impurities stuck in the sieve reduce the efficiency of sieving and increase the amount of flour loss with waste, therefore, periodically, manually, impurities are removed when the sifter stops, which disrupts the continuity of the technological cycle, leading to a drop in the productivity of the entire bread production line. The performance of the sifter drops, which significantly affects the productivity of the workshop. To eliminate the disadvantages in the proposed centrifugal sifter, the sieve drum is equipped with an additional sieve shell, located concentrically to the first one, with the possibility of axial movement relative to it. The working body is a shaft on which a discharge auger, a blade, a rear disc and a fan are installed, which is necessary to eliminate the loss of raw materials from blowing flour into the descent and improve the cleaning of the sieve surface. Adjustment plates are fixed on the blades, allowing you to adjust the gap between the inner surface of the sieve drum and the blade. The proposed modernized centrifugal sifter, in comparison with the existing one, has a simple operable design, it excludes the loss of flour with waste in the sifted product, and impurities are completely removed.
