Flour mixer improvement

Бесплатный доступ

The article discusses a three-screw flour mixer. Its disadvantage is the lack of reliable multiple movement of the mixed varieties (batches) of flour along a given trajectory, and, consequently, the deterioration of the quality of baked bread. To eliminate this drawback, a design of a front attachment is proposed that can improve the quality of mixing varieties (batches) of flour due to a simple and reliable design that provides multiple movement of the mixed varieties (batches) of flour in a bowl along a given trajectory. Counter rotating screws with blades move the flour to be mixed along the contour of the bowl from one screw to another through the windows in the partition with a constant supply of the product to the mixing device. This design of the attachment excludes the return of flour to the same machine for re-mixing. At the same time, electricity and workshop area will be efficiently used and the number of maintenance personnel will be reduced.
