In modern conditions, the issues of increasing the range, quality and competitiveness of domestically produced meat products are of key importance. In this regard, it is important to implement a system of measures for the restructuring of production in order to stabilize it. The restructuring of production is carried out through the reconstruction and technical re-equipment of existing enterprises with modern technological equipment, the latest technology on the basis of comprehensive mechanization and automation. The article proposes an installation for the preparation of minced meat. In the proposed design, the shredder operates continuously. The chopped meat is fed with the help of a flow distribution device into one tank of the mixer, then into another, which allows to ensure continuous operation of the chopper, thereby doubling the productivity of the installation, as well as the entire line.
