Oral explanations of the administrative plaintiff in administrative proceedings

The author considers the difficulties in the implementation of their procedural rights by an administrative plaintiff. We study cases where the administrative plaintiff does not have a higher legal education. Imperfections of the code of administrative procedure of the Russian Federation are indicated. The problems of giving oral explanations by an administrative plaintiff in cases of challenging normative legal acts in the Supreme courts of the Russian Federation and the courts of constituent entities of the Russian Federation are considered. The dependence of the administrative plaintiff on the representative is revealed.
