Interpretation in the procedure refugee recognitions (by the example of Austria)

The article deals with the interpretation of migration discourse, presents its definition. The defining feature of this discourse is its hybridity, manifested in combination with other discourses: media, political, medical, legal, administrative and implemented at different levels of discourse. The object of the study is the Guide to interpretation of the Federal Ministry of the interior of Austria, and the subject is the specifics of interpretation in social institutions during the procedure of recognition of refugee status.
