Slope stability by the method of circular cylindrical sliding surfaces in Kompas-3D

The article presents design materials, an urgent problem for construction, the situation of a landslide of a soil mass by the method of circular cylindrical surfaces using KOMPAS-3D. A technique is proposed for finding the minimum possible coefficient of a stock composed of homogeneous soil. This method allows us to understand the physical meaning of the process of the phenomenon of landslide of the slope soil mass. It is established that the farther the center of the sliding arc is, the higher the margin of stability.
