A device for treatment of club foot in children under school age has been worked out which consists of proximal and distal supports, applied to the leg and undirectly connected by connective elements with each other and with a horizontal support and also with a vertical support applied to the anterior foot. The horizontal support is interconnected with the vertical one by a spreading rod, and, besides, a distal ring is connected with a vertical half ring by two hinge joints and with a horizontal one - by two threaded rods; moreover, the vertical half ring and the horizontal one can move with respect to each other and with respect to the device base on the leg.
