Adoption in private international law

In this article, the authors analyze issues related to international adoption. This topic is relevant due to the fact that children's rights need special protection, because this category of the population cannot protect them on their own. The authors consider the norms related to international adoption, as well as draft laws that tighten the rules of adoption. Problematic issues related to the implementation of international adoption are highlighted.
