The influence of the migrant crisis on terrorism in Europe

The subject of this research refers to the influence of the migrant crisis on terrorism in Europe. Recently, we have been the witnesses of the increased terrorism on the territory of Europe, especially the one that has found its basis in religious fundamentalism. On the other hand, Europe faces an increasing number of migrants coming from the Middle East and Africa and striving to get to the European countries considering them a better place for living. However, in spite of the large number of migrants seeking for better and safer living conditions, a large number of fake asylum seekers and economic migrants have gone to Europe. The migrant crisis entails numerous security challenges, risks and threats about which there will be said more in the paper itself, while a special emphasis will be placed on terrorism and its connection with the migrant crisis.
