Clarified list of competences for specialists of a new type (on the example of LLC “Siberian investment group”, PDA “Yurga” resident)

The article analyses theoretical aspects of the description, formation and implementation of models and approaches as a means of training specialists. The authors of the article investigate in detail the needs for competent specialists at LLC “Siberian Investment Group” enterprise, present functional analysis schemes of the activities of PDA (Priority Development Area) specialists to take into account professionalism requirements for employees. Using the approach of pair comparisons, significant competences of employees at LLC “Siberian Investment Group” and professional competences of the Management team at LLC “Siberian Investment Group” have been determined.
