The dismissal of a public officer due to loss of confidence

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of the institution of dismissal of a civil servant in connection with the loss of confidence. The article analyzes the procedure for dismissing a civil servant on this basis, an attempt is made to divide the dismissal procedure into stages: the preliminary stage, the stage of making a decision on dismissal and the stage of termination of labor (service) relations. The author refers to the jurisprudence of courts of general jurisdiction on the basis of which he analyzes the regulatory gaps of this institution.
