Valeological competence as a pedagogical problem

In the article the characteristic of health is given, which was accepted by the Universal organization of health in 1978. The urgency of physical, mental and social prosperity of person in all educational establishments of pre-school, general education and vocational education is substantiated as well as of a new approach to understanding of the subject of physical culture and sport as a science.
