The validation of flame photomety method of sodiumxion testing in the drug albumin (20% solution for infusion)

The study was aimed at validating the method of sodium-ion testing in the drug albumin (20% solution for infusion) using flame photometry method. In the course of validation, the calibration estimation of the findings revealed that the correlation coefficient of the linear dependence in the diagram was lower than the acceptability criterion. Consequently, it became necessary to continue studying and improving this method. The further research has shown that it is necessary to make some alterations to the method of measuring quantitative concentration of sodium-ion in the albumin solution.
