Currency transaction: legal definition

In spite of the fact that the concept "currency transaction" is defining in the Federal law from 12/10/2003 No. 173-FZ "On currency regulation and currency control", the question of disclosure of maintenance of this concept still remains open. The present article is devoted to a research of the definitions of the concept "currency transaction" existing in the theory for the purpose of formation of an author's definition.
